Notary Services Fees

We provide mobile notary services that come directly to you at your convenience. Whether you need notarization at your home, office, hospital, or any other location, we make it easy to get your documents notarized professionally and with peace of mind.

Our mobile notary services include a fee of $15 for ID validation (signature/stamp) in addition to travel logistics, which vary based on location, time, and distance. This mobile fee accounts for the travel and convenience we offer our clients. Please note that higher rates apply for evening, weekend, or emergency last-minute requests.

According to Colorado notary fees dictated by state law, the maximum charge is $15 per signer for a signature/stamp.

For Remote Online Notarization (digital signature/stamp), the maximum fee is $25 per signer, plus the following mobile visit fees:

- Standard Hours: $40 - $75

- Evening/Weekend Visits: $75 - $125

- Emergency/Rush/Holiday: $100 - $150

- Loan Closings: $150 - $275+ (flat rate)

- Additional Signatures: $10 per stamp

- Additional Digital Signatures: $10 per digital stamp

- Witness for RON: $15 for a third party

When it comes to document types, complex requests involving multiple signers, witnesses, or special instructions (like faxing, mailing, or courier services) will incur higher notary fees than simple affidavits or affirmations.
